There are way too many children living poverty compared to working poor women’s conditions. It is not fair for children to be brought into this world and live in a poor neighborhood. These women need an education in order to provide for their children and to show them a better life. However, it is easier said than done. I’m sure these women would love to go to college and get an education but are not eligible for a student loan because they are on welfare or other conditions. Poor working women do not choose to be poor. I’m sure many of these women are single with four children and no father in the picture to help. It is impossible for poor working women to have two jobs and take care of their children. Since they can not afford childcare then they may have to leave them with someone they may not even know very well. What is important is that these working poor women are actually working and trying to make a life for their children. It may not be the life they wanted but at least their children have a roof over their head and a mother who loves them.
